Zephyr Hills, FL (PRWEB) August 7, 2008 — Personal Security 4 U founder, Floyd Pollino, believes that protection doesn’t just start and stop on your person, which is why two years after starting his self-defense business, he’s opening www.SurveillanceProducts4U.com, a site concerned with home security.

“It kind of relates back to (Personal Security 4 U),” said Pollino. “What I wanted to do was be able to give people alternatives for protecting their families. In the news recently, there’s been information about parents hiring a nanny to take care of their children, yet there’s that doubt to what’s going on when they’re not present.”

Pollino’s www.SurveillanceProducts4U.com has a versatile cache of surveillance equipment, ranging from video cameras to audio recording. Taking preventative measures against child abuse is Pollino’s reasoning behind his business: “There’s so much violence against children that you want to observe your own kids and their caretakers,” he explained.

Along with his www.PersonalSecurity4U.com brand, Pollino hopes to open a physical location for this site as well, as it also caters to businesses. “Break-ins do occur all the time and having cameras that you could be able to watch is imperative,” Pollino said.

In conjunction with his store, Pollino has started a blog, www.ForYourProtectionBlog.com. “Being able to provide people with solutions to problems (is a goal of mine,)” said Pollino. “Statistics prove that we need these products badly… (cameras are) a good way to deter crime before it starts.”

Pollino is passionate about ensuring the safety of his fellow man and though he may not completely expunge crime, he can at least allow people the opportunity to arm themselves safely and accordingly.
