Two-day workshop trains independent contributors with needed competencies to informally lead, motivate and work more constructively with others.

• Dealing with Workplace Conflict: Provides a four-step model for effective conflict resolution, as well as how to give negative feedback without offending others

Following the session, participants will have increased their informal power, learned and practiced effective communications strategies and improved their abilities to provide constructive feedback and coaching. This enables contributors to better deal with conflict, with enhanced skills in coaching others for accountability.
