A free report offering top tips for organisations wanting to use their intranet to make cost savings.

Elizabeth Marsh, the IBF’s director of research, says, “Organisations with advanced intranets will be on top of most of the areas covered by the paper. However, for those with intranets still at the communication and information-sharing stage of their development, it may provide valuable inspiration.”

The tips in the paper are drawn from the IBF’s full-length research report into the use of intranets to achieve organisational cost savings and showcase many household names and how they’ve successfully deployed these cost savings tips. Published to IBF members as part of a wide-ranging, members-only research programme, the full report also included detailed case studies on IBF members Nokia and Prudential. It also featured dozens of screen shots from the intranets run by these two organisations and by three other members: the BBC, BT and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
